Peugeot has unveiled a special art car-style livery that it will race on one of the two Peugeot 9X8 Hypercars which will race at the 24 Hours of Le Mans this year.

The 24 Hours Of Le Mans 2023

The race is going on and after 5 hours I have to say that I was looking forward to this race this year and thought it will be great, but really? It isn't great, it is the best race I've seen in... I don't know, since the 90's? The best Le Mans ever? Something like that. So many lead changes in the Hypercar class (and so also the overall classement), cars from Toyota, Ferrari, Porsche, Jota Porsche, Cadillac, Peugeot, all of them were already leading the race for a longer time and it is so close that it is unpredictable who will win. Unfortunately, a few minutes ago the leading JOTA Porsche crashed into the wall in the Porsche corners and is now getting repaired at the pits, so Ferrari is in front now. The weather also was very... let's say interesting. With heavy rain around 18:45 local time. Unfortunately it led to a safety car priod that lasts almost one and a half hour and was way too conservative, because the slicks were already the best tires again as the Safety Car ended.

I hope the race will continue like this, and I hope you all have fun watching.

Alfa Romeu pode estar indo para o Fia WEC , até talvez com um acordo com sua “irmã”  a Peugeot

A marca italiana que pertence ao grupo Stellantis(Grupo PSA + Grupo Fiat fusão dos dois grupos),  que desde 2018 é o principal patrocinador da equipe Sauber na F1, deixou o grid está procurando outra categoria para entrar a grande possibilidade seria o Fia WEC , na Hypercar com compartilhamento de tecnologia provavelmente com a Peugeot.

A marca já analisou varias categorias como a Formula E , más como o grupo  Stellantis já tem a DS Automobiles  e Maceratti , também analisou uma possível participação no WRC com  rally 1, más o mais provável é o FIA WEC com Hypercar.

Uma curiosidade que fans fizeram uma petição para Alfa Romeu ou Maceratti entrar no Fia WEC.
